Partnership for 21st Century

For my assignment I am looking at the website "Partnership for the 21st Century Skills". I really like this site and their ideas of the skills that the students are suppose to be learning. I see that my state is not on the list but I do know that my school incorporates frameworks in our curriculum. P21 intergrates the skills into the curriculum that teachers are already teaching. It helps teachers to be able to prepare the students for the skills they need for the 21st Century. I did not find anything that I disagreed with. Being a kindergarten teacher I will have to think about how I can be able to incorporate these things into my curriculum.

In my classroom

I would like to use this blog for my classroom students and their parents. I would be able to put daily updates of upcoming events and any changes that need to be noted. There will be website attached for the children to go to for fun learning activities. I will put websites for parent information also. I would be able to post pictures of the students work, which I feel would be interesting for the students as well as their parents. I would be able to put any information that I feel would be an asset for all who chooses to visit my blog.
